Synergy Technology Park

  • A multi-phased light industrial park which sits on over 200 acres of land
  • Land was acquired between 2018-2020 with the first building completed in 2021
  • Original plans for Phase I include 10 buildable lots, 2 of which have been developed already. The first was improved with a 150,000 sq. ft 2-story building, warehouse/retail facility after the land was sold to the end user (a national retailer).
